By accessing or using our car rental services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.

Driver Eligibility

• Must be at least 21 years of age (25 for luxury vehicles)
• Valid driver's license held for minimum 1 year
• Clean driving record (no major violations)
• Valid credit card in renter's name
• Proof of insurance or purchase of rental insurance

Required Documentation

• Government-issued photo ID
• Valid driver's license
• Proof of insurance (if using personal insurance)
• Credit card for security deposit

Booking and Cancellation

• Advance reservation required with valid credit card
• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup
• Cancellation fee applies within 24 hours of pickup
• No-show results in full charge for rental period

Payments and Deposits

• Security deposit required at pickup
• Full payment due at start of rental
• Additional charges for late returns
• Fuel charges if tank not refilled

The following restrictions apply to all vehicle rentals:

• No smoking in vehicles
• No off-road use
• No unauthorized drivers
• No pets without prior approval
• No international border crossing without authorization
• Adherence to all traffic laws and regulations

Insurance Coverage

• Basic insurance included in rental rate
• Optional additional coverage available
• Personal insurance may provide coverage
• Damage waiver options available

Customer Liability

• Responsible for vehicle damage
• Liable for parking/traffic violations
• Responsible for theft under certain conditions
• Excess charges for insurance claims

We reserve the right to terminate services for:

• Violation of rental terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Unsafe vehicle operation
• Non-payment of fees

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify customers of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of new terms.
